Absences -
Students who will miss a lesson should first contact their instructor directly, if they are unreachable, call the PAC office at 822-1670. Instructors are under no obligation to make up lessons cancelled by the student. Lessons will be made up in the case of an illness documented by a physician or death in the immediate family. There are no exceptions to this policy.
If an instructor will be unavailable for a lesson, the student will be notified as far in advance as possible, and lessons will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed on time on the SMBC campus.
If the PAC closes due to inclement weather, lessons will be rescheduled.
