Here at the Christian Life Center of Shades Mountain Baptist Church,
we offer a variety of activities for every generation.

The Shining Stars is a basketball performance team made up of children in grades K5 – 6th. The purpose of this team is to use basketball skills to glorify God. The children learn that everything they do and say can let their light shine for Christ. Our theme verse is Matthew 5:16: “Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your father in heaven.”

SMBC Recreation Field Policy
The recreation field is open for use. Priority use of the field goes to scheduled ministry events such as Monday Night Bible Study, Soccer practices and games, summer camp activities, etc... It is open to the public, although coming construction may change its availability.
The field can be reserved for Sunday School activities by contacting the Minister of Education’s assistant. Shades Mountain Baptist Church will not reserve the recreation field for any personal events such as birthday parties.
Our desire is that the field be used for Shades Mountain Baptist Church ministry events and as a public space. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
