Alzheimer’s of Central Alabama: A non-profit volunteer organization and resource center serving patients, caregivers and professionals. We support education, caregiver services and research.

Amedisys: Provider of home health services.

American Cancer Society: Community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service.

American Diabetes Association: The nation's leading nonprofit health organization providing diabetes research, information and advocacy.

American Heart Association: Educational information and resources to reduce disability and death from cardiovascular disease and stroke.

American Red Cross: Information on the ability to prepare, prevent, protect and practice strategies that can save your life in an emergency.

Arthritis Foundation: Improve lives through prevention, control and cure of arthritis related diseases.

Ask the Pharmacist: Pharmacist will review your medications for duplication and drug interactions. Bring a list of your prescriptions or the bottles themselves.

Ask the Doctor/Baptist Health Centers and Princeton Hoover: Physicians will be available for free consultation and questions concerning your health.

Weight Watchers: Learn a healthy lifestyle and achieve your weight management goals in a safe and effective way. Two weekly meetings are held at SMBC.

YMCA Vestavia Hills: Will conduct cardiovascular fitness and flexibility tests and offer membership opportunities. Will also conduct Kid Fitness demonstrations in the gym.
