The Iglesia Cristiana Agape is a Spanish-language church plant reaching the Latino population of the Lorna Road corridor and the greater Hoover area. We seek to provide environments where Latinos can discover their purpose in life, connect with a community that wants the best for them, and develop a lifestyle of service.

Weekly Schedule:
Foundations Bible Study                Sunday, 11:00 a.m

Worship Gathering                        Sunday, 12:30 p.m.

English for Hispanic Americans      Tuesday, 6:30 p.m.

Tutoring Program for Students        Tuesday, 6:30 p.m.

Small Groups                               Thursday, 7:00 p.m.

Agape meets at the First Baptist Church of Hoover, 2025 Patton Chapel Road.

Agape is the result of a partnership of Baptist churches and associations, working together to share the gospel with our Latino neighbors. Agape’s sponsors and partners are: the Alabama State Board of Mission; First Baptist Church of Hoover; Green Valley Baptist Church; Hunter Street Baptist Church; Lakeside Baptist Church; and Shades Mountain Baptist Church.
