Today's guest speaker, Gil Jones, is President & CEO of Leader’s Challenge, a Denver-based non-profit organization that empowers and strengthens young people to create great communities around the world. He has spent the past 20 years leading in both the for-profit and not-for profit sectors through strategic vision, creative and unconventional marketing and multi-generational coaching and speaking—specifically in high-paced start up, turnaround and emerging growth environments. He served as Pastor of Flatirons Community Church in Lafayette, Colorado, from 1996-2004, which grew under his leadership from a handful of people to more than 7,500.
Along with guiding Leader’s Challenge, he is highly sought for group training, strategic planning, motivational speaking, negotiations and board-level presentations around the country.
