All Sports Camp -
May 27-30, 2008
$125 per child
A different sport each day (basketball, soccer, flag football and baseball/softball) along with swimming. general recreation, and craft time.
Campers are to be dropped off at SMBC in the morning and picked up at the YMCA in the afternoon for this camp only.
Camp Activities last from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00p.m. Supervised care is available from 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. and from
5:00p.m. - 6:00p.m. for your convenience.
Registration forms are available at the SMBC Christian Life Center and the YMCA Vestavia Branch.
**Please download the Camp Registration Form, Parental Statement of Understanding and The Parent Handbook and bring to Shades Mountain Baptist Church - Christian Life Center (CLC) along with your payment to have your form notarized. Our Recreation Ministry Assistant is a Notary and will be able to notarize your Camp Registration Form Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 4pm. Your camp registration will not be complete without all forms.
