Fit Kids Camp -
June 23-27, 2008
$125 Per Child
Kids will learn about fitness and nutrition in fun, interactive ways. This camp includes a field trip.
Campers will spend the morning at the YMCA and the afternoon at Shades Mountain Baptist. Camp Activities last from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00p.m. Supervised care is available from 7:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
and from 5:00p.m. - 6:00p.m. for your convenience.
Registration forms are available for pickup at SMBC Christian Life Center and the YMCA Vestavia Branch.
**Please download the Camp Registration Form, Parental Statement of Understanding and The Parent Handbook and bring to Shades Mountain Baptist Church - Christian Life Center (CLC) along with your payment to have your form notarized. Our Recreation Ministry Assistant is a Notary and will be able to notarize your Camp Registration Form Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 4pm. Your camp registration will not be complete without all forms.
