How Do I Register? -
Here's how you can register for Day Camp:
1. Pick up a brochure in Columbiana Place or on the 2nd Floor Welcome Desk, fill it out, have it notarized, and turn it back in with a copy (front and back) of your insurance card to the Children/Preteen Office.
OR
2. Register online! Once you complete the online registration you must print out a copy of the medical release form and have it notarized as well as turn in a copy (front and back) of your insurance card.
