Mom 2 Mom -
"older women must train the younger women to love their husbands and their children, to live wisely and be pure, to work in their homes, (a) to do good, and to be submissive to their husbands. Then they will not bring shame on the word of God." Titus 2:4--5
As a mom do you ever feel discouraged, encouraged, exhausted, empowered, confused, important, or insignificant? Life as a mom of young children can be roller coaster where the days are long but the years fly by. We need to make the most of this time and often need help for the journey.
Mom2Mom is a once a month event designed to meet the unique needs of moms of preschool and elementary aged children. It is a time for moms to be encouraged, informed and energized for the challenging yet rewarding job as mom. Childcare on 1st floor is available by reservation by calling 978-1166 ext. 519. Mom2Mom generally meets on the first Monday of each month from 9:30-11:30 am (with exceptions in September, January and March) on the second floor of the Worship Center in Room W200. A light breakfast will be provided. It is a free event for church members and all moms in our community.
