Growing together in God's Word is essential to the life of a believer. We have lots of options for you to study God’s Word with others who desire that time and want to learn to hear from our Heavenly Father in a personal way thru His word.
SUMMER BIBLE STUDY
Tuesday Mornings
Join us for 3:16 The Numbers of Hope by Max Lucado led by Jessie Skelton. This Bible Study is 6 sessions long and begins Tuesday, June 15. We will meet from 9:30 am - 11:30 am in the Dobbins Building-6th Floor.
John 3:16, one of the most famous verses in the Bible, is a 26 word parade of hope. If you know nothing of the Bible, start here. If you know everything in the Bible, return here. God loves. God gave. We live.

Wednesday Evenings
Career Explorer - Career Transitions, a new ministry of SMBC, exists to help people who are in a career transition and want to find more than just a job. The Career Explorer’s Course is a seven-week workshop that will help you learn to be a devoted follower of Christ as you seek to find meaningful employment. You will meet weekly with a facilitator/coach and other explorers who will become your accountability and support group as you walk through a six-step process. Course begins on Wednesday, June 16th, from 6pm to 7:45pm in Dobbins 535. Cost is $10.
We want to help you discover your gifts, talents and passions. Our in-house course, Divinely Designed, combines class discussion and self-assessments to help you begin to identify how God wants to use you. Course beings on Wednesday, June 16th from 6pm to 7pm in Dobbins 527. Cost is $10.
