Summer Kamp 2010 Registration

Kampers must have completed K5-6th grade as of June 2010 

 Kamp Daily Hours:
Supervised Care: 7:00 am - 8:30 am
Structured Activities: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm 
Supervised Care: 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Kampers are to bring their lunch and a snack each day.
 Lunches cannot be refrigerated or warmed.

All Kamp Payments are due the Tuesday before the week 
 of the Kamp your child is attending!

In Person - download the Kamp Registration Forms and fill out. Bring the completed forms and payment to the Shades Mountain - Christian Life Center. Payment will consist of first week of kamp paid in full and a $25 deposit per week for each additional week of kamp. If you are applying for a scholarship, download form, and bring with all registration forms and apply in person.

Before a child may be dropped off at Summer Kamps, parents must complete a registration form with a signature and have it notarized.
