The Bible is not silent when it comes to fear. Here are a few verses you and your children may want to memorize to help overcome fear and anxiety:

Stay Together

We want you to stay together as we navigate this season as a church family. Below you'll find ways we're encouraging you to still meet with one another and how you can follow Shades and all of our ministries across social media!

Meetings for Bible Studies, Classes, DGroups, Leadership Teams, & More

We're encouraging all groups, classes, teams, councils, and studies to find creative ways to meet during the coming days and weeks. Creating a Zoom account is a great resource for having virtual meetings. A leader from your group can schedule a meeting and invite members to join (up to 100 people). Members can join the meeting from their phone, desktop, or mobile/tablet device.

Here are some tips & instructions:

  • Click here and follow instructions to create a free account.
  • The owner of the meeting will schedule the meeting. Once scheduled, an invitation is generated. Copy the invite from the website, then paste it into an email to your group. Click here for training on scheduling a meeting.
  • This link allows you to join a meeting.
  • Time limit for meetings is 40 minutes. If you want to go longer, you'll need re-invite for a consecutive meeting.
  • Set up a test meeting with a few people before your scheduled group meeting time.
  • This option is open to any church group.
