TUITION & FEES

The tuition cost for ATB is averaged for the ten month school calendar. No refunds will be given for absences of any kind, including holidays, sickness, vacations, or inclement weather. If you wish to remove your child at any point during the school year, a 30 days' written notice is required for the following month's tuition to be waived from your account balance.

An Annual $50 non-refundable registration fee per child is due at the time of registration. The monthly tuition payment ($150 per child) is due the FIRST day of each month and will be considered late if not received by the FIFTH of each month. A 10% discount of tuition is given if you choose to pay in full the entire school year's tuition by September 1.

Late tuition fees: 1st occurrence: $5 per school day until tuition and late fees are paid in full. 2nd occurrence: $10 per school day until paid in full. If tuition is not paid in full by the 10th of the month, your child will not be allowed to return to the program until your account is current. With a third occurrence, we reserve the right to dismiss your child from the program.

Late Pick-Up Fee: Children picked up after 6:00 PM will be charged a late fee. 1st time: $5, 2nd time: $10, 3rd and subsequent times will be charged $15 per occurrence. If your child is consistently picked up after 6:00 p.m., there will be a meeting with the director of After the Bell to address the situation. This fee must be paid by check or cash when you pick your child up.

Returned Check Fees: A $25 charge if your check is returned for insufficient funds. The fee and the amount of the returned check shall be paid promptly upon request of After the Bell staff. Parents MUST inform ATB staff when your child will not be attending on any given afternoon. Repeated failure to do so could result in your child being dismissed from the program.
