Christmas Eve is the most memorable service of the year at Shades, and this year we're making it even better! Make plans to join us for one of our two gatherings as we celebrate the birth of our Savior, Jesus.

Do I have to register?

No registration is necessary. Grab some friends or your family and join us for an hour of worship before you celebrate the Christmas holiday.

What's the service like?

We'll worship together through music, preaching, and at the end of our time together, enjoy a beautiful candlelight moment remembering the meaning of Christmas.

What should I wear?

Some people dress a little nicer for this service, but either way, come as you feel most comfortable.

Can I watch online?

This service isn't livestreamed, so we encourage you to join us on campus if you're in the Birmingham area!

Online Worship | 9 AM and On-Demand

We'll worship together online to close out 2021. As a way to thank our volunteers and spend time together with our families, we'll have one service available online beginning at 9:00.

Do I have to watch the service right at 9:00?

No. It'll be available beginning at 9:00 and then on-demand after. You can watch at your convenience.

What's the purpose?

We encourage you to gather your family and worship together. We also want to provide space for our staff and volunteers to rest during the Christmas season.

Can I still give?

Definitely! You can give online at this link, and we encourage you to make any last contributions before the end of the year.

Merry Christmas!
